A New Launch From Christian Louboutin...

When I came home from a crazy amount of travel and found a gorgeous package from Christian Louboutin waiting for me...I was over the moon. The brand recently launched three new beautiful fragrances and they are all to die for - my favorite...Trouble in Heaven*.

Not only is the fragrance beautiful, but so is the packaging. Unboxing it is an experience (in true Louboutin fashion). Along with the beautiful white and red sole box, the bottle comes incased in a glass protector that is screwed together with the gorgeous Louboutin pin/stiletto heel in the photos above. The bottle itself has a distinct design and is so beautifully crafted - a true piece of art. According to the website "Christian Louboutin fragrance bottles are objects d'art that are both tactile and hypnotically visual. The glass undulates and wraps the bottles form to capture light, play with transparency and reveal the intense colours associated with each individual fragrance. The design concept for the bottle was based on the idea of folding surfaces, manipulating and twisting glass to create a dynamic and harmonious flow."

Trouble in Heaven is sophisticated and sexy - definitely a great evening fragrance. The fragrance centers around the Iris flower and it also includes patchouli, tonka absolut and oriental amber. Overall it is rich, sultry, and intoxication.

To sum it up from Louboutin's website "A sophisticated fragrance resonating in the royal purple and gold ombré reminiscent of the perfect Iris, a flower at the heart of the fragrance. For Christian, these colours also recall the palette of the great French Art Nouveau glass artist, Emile Gallé."

This fragrance arrived just in time for the cooler weather and I cannot wait to wear it for special nights out this season! Have any of you tested the new fragrances? There are three in total! Be sure to scroll through #beautelouboutin for more!
