The other day I began thinking about what items I absolutely couldn't live without - not necessarily products like foundation or cleanser but other bits; little things that just make me feel put together.
First up my Ban.do planner. I'm definitely the type of person who prefers writing a list out and organizing my life on paper. I got one of their infamous planners for the first time this year and couldn't be happier with it. With it's fun interior, room to write things down daily, and monthly views it keeps me extra organized.
I don't wear much jewelry, but the two items I love wearing most are rings and a watch. I've been wearing my Kendra Scott ring* non-stop lately and now feel pretty naked without it. I usually rotate between my gold watch and my black and rose gold Daniel Wellington piece*. Another thing I almost never leave the house without are my sunnies, these Marc Jacob's ones have been on constant repeat as of late.
In terms of beauty bits I rely on a few good skincare items and nail polish to always feel pulled together. When my skin is feeling a bit grey and lack-luster I turn to the REN Flash Rinse 1 Minute Facial* the Vitamin C kicks in and really gives me skin a little boost. On a daily basis I use the REN Instant Firming Beauty Shot*. This serum plumps the skin and gives a nice polished base. It can actually be used over makeup as well for a little touch up.
Hands down (no pun intended) the thing that makes me feel most put together is a good manicure. I feel one hundred percent my best when my nails look nice and freshly polished so I couldn't do this post without mentioning my favorite OPI shades. Pictured is Don't Bossa Nova Me Around (my perfect nude) and my other go to is Lincoln Park After Dark. Along with nicely polished nails, I also love to keep hand cream next to the bed/in my bag. This Aesop one is my favorite, especially because it contains lavender.
Last, but not least by any means...my phone, of course :)
Now tell me, what are some of your must-have pieces that make you feel put together?
