The Recipe | Nature Valley Acai Bowl

-sponsored post-

As you all know, I love my breakfast bowls. I've talked about how I make my Acai base on here previously, so I wanted to share an updated version that uses Nature Valley Toasted Oats Muesli Blueberry to add flavor and texture.

On mornings when I have a bit of extra time I like to go all out with breakfast - I whip up an Acai bowl and then top it with blueberries, coconut, and Nature Valley Muesli. The Muesli is a perfect mixture of toasted oats, dried blueberries, pumpkin seeds, almonds, and dried cranberries. This creates the perfect addition of sweet, nutty, and filling.

However, the best part about the Nature Valley Toasted Oats Muesli is how easy it is to adapt for mornings when time is tight. The mixture tastes perfect with just almond milk as a cereal in the morning. It's filling and full of flavor that regular cereals lack.

Easy Acai Bowl:
1 Frozen Acai pack
1 Banana
1/4 Cup of almond milk
Extra Toppings : Blueberries, Coconut flakes

To Make:
Blend Acai, banana, and almond milk in a blender.
Pour into bowl, top with Muesli, and any extra toppings.

Have you tried any of the Nature Valley Toasted Oats Muesli before? What is your go-to easy breakfast?

  2. I'm reading this on an empty stomach and now I'm starving :)) Your recipe looks delicious! I used to eat a lot of Muesli when I lived in Europe but here I was surprised that they're not a thing, I guess people eat more cereal than muesli? I'm deff going to try the Nature Valley brand :)

Gosssh this sounds yummy. I've never tried Acai but I loove chia bowls with muesli. I find making breakfast so therapeutic too!

  10. Acai is soooo good! It's almost like having a dessert or treat for breakfast. (But heathy since it's natural sugar!)
