Loving Lately

With a pause from blogging last week and a few crazy week's behind me, I thought it would be a nice time to chat about a few things I'm loving. (Both beauty related and non-beauty related!)

Aesop Skincare : While in Richmond I stumbled across a few Aesop products and couldn't leave without grabbing at least one. I chose their Resurrection Hand Balm and couldn't be happier. With hints of lavender and super nourishing ingredients it not only feels amazing, it smells amazing too. I really wanted to snag their hand soap as well but unfortunately it was sold out. Hopefully next time I'll be able to grab a few more items! Let me know your favorite Aesop items so I can make a list!

Warby Parker 'Laurel' Glasses : I went to the eye doctor for the first time in like twelve years (ridiculous I know, but I have a major fear of my eyes being touched) and discovered I actually needed glasses. Since I don't know if I'll ever be able to master a pair of contacts, I opted for the cutest pair of Warby Parker frames - the bottom is blush pink! I've absolutely been loving them and have gotten so many compliments on them as well.

JRINK : I was introduced to JRINK at a beauty event a few weeks back and totally fell in love. I popped into one of their stores over the weekend to taste a few more flavors and learn a bit more about their products. I really love their mission and how they strive to create the healthiest and most beneficial pressed juices around. The brand has really worked to perfect their craft and I haven't tried a single flavor I didn't like. I also really love how along with the ingredients they explain the benefits of each juice - really helping you to decide which one works best with what you are trying to accomplish with your diet. Along with regular juices they also press their own nut milks (which is what you see above). The one I have here - which is called Cheer Me Up - is a blend of Hazelnut, Cacao, Agave, Vanilla, and water. It's kind of like drinking a liquid Nutella (but created with all natural ingredients). While I'm tempted to down this one like a milkshake, I instead use a little bit each morning in my coffee. It's the perfect healthy substitute for creamer and gives a little bit of a sweeter taste than just almond milk. It's also a mood booster and filled with antioxidants. Perfect for kick-starting the day!

Marie Claire : Marie Claire has been knocking it out of the park recently! Between their gorgeous covers and pretty graphics I can't get enough. It's one of the first magazines I now scout for each month. Lastly, how seriously gorgeous does Rita Ora look on this amazing pink toned cover!?

What have you been loving lately? Let me know your beauty and non-beauty discoveries/loves in the comments!

  1. I love those glasses! I honestly probably should get a pair since I look at a computer screen for majority of my day. Also, such a good idea adding the JRINK to your coffee! I'm looking to snag their new watermelon version sometime this week. SO tasty!

  12. I've been meaning to try the Aesop hand balm as I absolutely adore their masques and one of their serums. The hand balm is certainly at the top of my wishlist from the brand. Aesop products really have yet to disappoint! xx
