With warmer weather finally making it's way to us, this month's favorites are simple and filled with light shades. I'm entering into the point of the year where I'm wearing less products, skipping the liner, and turning to blush-nudes.
Clinique Chubby Stick 'Heaping Hazelnut' : After discovering the Olsen twins are fans of this gorgeous Clinique nude I had to get my hands on it. Proving once again that the Olsen twins can do no wrong this is the perfect balmy nude. It will definitely be on my top shelf of products for the entire summer.
Kevyn Aucoin 'The Essential Mascara' : This has been one that I have been grabbing quite a lot lately. While it doesn't have quite the dramatic curl that my Full N' Soft does, it creates super thick lashes that are jet black. It's perfect for the days when I've been skipping liner and still want to have a bit of impact on the eyes. It's long lasting, doesn't get flaky, but it also isn't terribly hard to remove at night. All-in-all a winner.
REN Flash Rinse 1 Minute Facial : This little tube is the perfect fix for dull, lackluster skin. It's quick application and gentle formula make it perfect for night time and morning. The end result is polished, glowing skin that is nicely prepped for makeup application. I use this after cleanser and before moisturizer.
M•A•C Blush 'Alpha Girl' : This one is totally a spur of the moment purchase from this past month. While running errands at Tyson's Ashlyn and I randomly decided to pop into M•A•C so should could pick up a lipstick and we both ended up leaving with this blush from their new collection. It's the perfect peachy/pink my collection has been missing and exactly what I want for summer. It pairs perfectly with fresh skin, bare eyelids, loads of mascara, and a good nude lip.
