Happy Thursday everyone! With Valentine's Day being on a Saturday this year I thought that there was no better recipe to share than a cocktail perfectly suited for brunch. Whether it's with your loved one or a bunch of friends!
To spice up a typical brunch style mimosa I swapped out the OJ for two personal favorites of mine - fresh grapefruit juice and a splash of cranberry. This one definitely has a bit of a sour kick, but I love how it works with the bubbly champagne.
Pour two parts Grapefruit juice into glass
Add a splash of Cranberry juice
Top with Champagne
Garnish with Grapefuit wedge
