When a package arrived from Zoeva on my doorstep, I couldn't have been more ecstatic. After seeing so many fantastic reviews about their products (especially their brushes), I couldn't wait to tear open the box and use them immediately.
The Rose Gold Luxury Set consists of eight brushes and contains everything you need to do your entire face up. The quality of the brushes is impeccable; they are super soft and luxe, easy to work with, and don't shed. See below for reviews on each brush.
110 Face Shape : While called the "face shape" I find that bigger brushes work better for my cheeks so I love to use this one for powder under my eyes and around my nose.
127 Luxe Sheer Cheek : I love, love, love this brush. I find it fits so perfectly within my face shape and is my favorite for applying highlighter to the tops of my cheek bones.
142 Concealer Buffer : Perfect for under the eye and spot treatment.
106 Powder : Another absolute love for me. This one also works so well as a blush brush with my cheek shape.
102 Silk Finish : While I am a big fan of using my hands to apply foundation, I do enjoy the finish this brush gives. It is a great size and buffs the makeup in seamlessly.
227 Soft Definer : Just like the MAC 217 it is the perfect eyeshadow brush for defining your crease. I love having this brush alongside my MAC 217.
231 Petite Crease : Even though this is used for precise definition of your crease, I also find it's perfect for running shadow along your bottom lashes. It's tiny dome tip makes it the perfect bottom liner tool and keeps you from adding too much shadow.
317 Wing Liner : I've actually only use this brush a few times and mainly for eyebrows. Definitely a go to if you use a gel liner and a brush.
Moving on to the makeup portion of the post. The eyeshadow palette in Naturally Yours was one that I had my eye on and was so excited to try out. The range goes from your lightest inner eye highlight to your darkest smokey eye shadow, and it includes five matte shades and five shimmery shades. My favorites being 'Sweet Sound', 'Forever Yours', 'Soft & Sexy', and 'Slow Dance'. You can see from the photos my number one is definitely 'Sweet Sound'! The formula is incredibly long lasting, doesn't crease, and has very little fall out. They also pair beautifully with cream shadows. I've especially been loving the combination of these with the Maybelline Color Tattoos and the By Terry Ombré Blackstars.
Last but not least is their Graphic Eyes Eyeliner in 'Opulence' which is a cranberry red tone perfect for Fall. I've been using this liner to sweep along my bottom lashes to finish off a berry toned eye. To make sure I don't look too vampire-ish I always add a swipe of nude liner to my lower water line!
