Iced Coffee

This is a quick little post. Not really a recipe, more of an idea to share. In the mornings (when it's warm out) I love to make iced coffee to have at home or take into the office with me. These mason jars are perfect for travel coffee, plus they are cute. I tend to brew the coffee the night before and stick it in the fridge to cool down overnight. In the morning I fill a cup with ice cubes, add in almond milk, some sugar, and a scoop of dark chocolate sauce. Then I pour the coffee over top of that mixture and my walk to work tends to shake it all up nicely. By the time I'm in the office it is well mixed and ready to drink. The end result is an iced mocha of sorts.

Do any of you make fun treats like this in the mornings before work? If so, share below what you love to do to start your day!

  1. That looks amazing! Will try it out tomorrow morning! I usually make the light brewed folders coffee in my Keurig, and top it off the hazelnut creamer from international delight. It's the perfect way to start my day! You should try it!!

    1. I always buy mine as well so I've been trying to be better about making it at home! The chocolate helps add a little bit to it ;)
