Coffee Date + Eastern Market

Saturday afternoon the rain thankfully lifted; and I was able to meet up with my good friend Audrey down in the Capitol Hill area for a coffee date and a walk through Eastern Market to check out all their fall fruits & veggies. I blogged about Eastern Market a while back sharing all the fun summertime finds the market has. In my opinion though; Eastern Market is best in the fall. Everything is so colorful, the temperatures are perfect to wander through the vendors, and its the best spot to find gourds and other fall treats. We grabbed cappuccinos and a snack at Hill favorite Pound. Unfortunately we weren't able to grab a spot in their adorable inside area but thankfully it was a great afternoon to sit outside!
